Loving the Small-Town Events!

A couple weeks ago I had the unique opportunity to do something a little different when I was invited out to Tipton, MO to participate in a small local bazaar by representing Paparazzi. I grew up in what we called "the boondocks" but since moving away from home, I have had few opportunities to mingle with "small-town" folk. Tipton just happens to be one of those small towns. One of the residents told me that they count the population at 3,000 people but that includes the inmates of the penetentuary. Obviously, that is a far cry from my current home in the Kansas City metro area. My mom once asked what part of the city I lived in, I told her "right smack in the middle!".

To be honest, I really enjoyed my time there in Tipton. It's nice to get out of the city and take a long (2 hour) drive through the countryside to see something different and meet new people. I met some wonderful women with some good spunk in them. My dusty cowgirl heart felt right at home. For the first time in years I turned on the country music and realized I'd forgotten how much I like it and how many songs I still know.

I recieved numerous invitations to come back and participate in future events and I didn't even hestiate when saying I would love to. The great thing about Paparazzi is that the jewelry speaks to so many different personalities and the prices make it affordable for anyone to appreciate.

If you are one of those great women I met in Tipton, please give me a call! I would love to come back anytime! :)

P.S. Apparently a picture of my booth also made the local newspaper. Score! ;)
